Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. This ensures you get the most accurate shipping quote for your specific order.

Free Shipping: Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping within Australia.

Order Processing & Fulfilment

Standard orders: We aim to ship non-preorder items within 72 business hours
During restocks or launch periods: Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be packed and shipped
We always work to get your order out as quickly as possible!

Public Holidays

Orders will not be processed or shipped on public holidays. These days are not included in the fulfilment timeframe.

Pre-Orders

If your order includes a pre-order item, the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order is ready. Want your in-stock items sooner? We recommend placing a separate order.

Pre-order wait times are listed on the product page and may vary by 1–3 days.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.

International Orders - Taxes & Customs

For international orders (when available), all customs duties, VAT, or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged when your order arrives in your country.
