Refund & Return Policy

Timeframe:
If your item is faulty, you have 14 days from the date of receiving it to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility:
To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them - unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy.

How to Start a Return:
Email us at contact@balanceandstrength.com.au to start a return. We’ll provide instructions on where and how to send your item. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Damages & Faulty Items:
We offer a 30-day warranty on all items. If a product becomes faulty within 30 days, you can request an exchange. 

A product is considered faulty if it is unusable for its intended purpose. Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll work to resolve it quickly.

Refunds:
Refunds are only issued for faulty or damaged items. We do not provide refunds for change of mind or sizing issues, but store credit or exchanges can be offered if items are returned in original condition.

All faulty items must be returned before a refund is issued. Balance and Strength is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit back to us.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
