We want you to love your purchase from Balance and Strength. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help!

 


 

Return & Exchange Timeframe

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

 


 

Condition Requirements

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging

  • Original tags must be attached

 


 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on used items:

  • Booty Bands

  • Ankle Straps

  • Water Bottles

  • Yoga Mats

Exception: Unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 


 

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Email us at contact@balanceandstrength.com.au with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you'd like to return or exchange

  • The reason for return/exchange

Step 2: Wait for approval - We'll send you return instructions and address

Step 3: Ship your return - You're responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item

Step 4: We'll process your:

  • Refund to your original payment method, OR

  • Exchange and send out your new item

 


 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you've received the wrong item or believe it's faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Your order number

  • Description of the issue

We'll make it right as quickly as possible - and we'll cover return shipping for faulty or incorrect items.

 


 

Refunds

  • Processed within 5 business days of receiving your return

  • Depending on your bank, funds may take a few additional days to appear in your account
