We want you to love your purchase from Balance + Strength. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help!

🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

  • Timeframe: You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with tags still attached.
  • Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
    • Booty Bands
    • Ankle Straps
    • Water Bottles
    • Yoga Mats
    (Unless faulty)

💌 How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at contact@balanceandstrength.com.au
    Include your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange, and the reason.
  2. Once approved, we’ll send you the return instructions and address.
  3. You’re responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  4. After receiving your item, we’ll process your:
    • Refund to your original payment method
    • or send out your exchange

🚚 Faulty or Incorrect Items?

If you’ve received the wrong item or believe it’s faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos and your order number. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

💳 Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your return.
  • Depending on your bank, it may take a few more days for the funds to appear in your account.
