Shipping Fees & Delivery Times
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Fulfilment
During restocks or launch periods, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be packed and shipped.
We always aim to get your order out as quickly as possible!

Public Holidays
Please note that orders will not be processed or shipped on public holidays. These days are not included in the fulfilment timeframe.

Pre-Orders
If your order includes a pre-order item, the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order is ready.
If you want in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.

Taxes & Customs
All customs duties, VAT, or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These may be charged when your order arrives in your country.

Delivery Estimates
Pre-order wait times are listed on the product page and may vary by 1–3 days.
